Coolers, Outside Food & Beverages
Coolers, picnic baskets and outside food & beverage products are not allowed in the waterpark. Glass containers and alcohol are prohibited. Backpacks, handbags and other carry in bags will be physically checked at the main gate by waterpark staff for contents violating waterpark policy. A guest picnic area, outside the main gate, is available for your use.

Supervision
Guests age 10 & under are required to have a guardian age 13 or older present on park grounds during visit.

Usage
Guests are prohibited from running, diving, unruly behavior, daredevil stunts & horseplay. Additional rules and ride procedures posted at each attraction.

Personal Belongings
Castaway Cove Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Swim Diapers
Infants, toddlers, and children age three and under must wear a swim diaper specifically designed and marketed for water use. Swim diapers may be purchased in our Retail Store.

Swim Attire
Shorts (esp. denim) or clothing with plastic or metal rivets that may damage slide surfaces, thongs, G-strings, “Speedos”, and swim attire made of see-through material when wet or dry are prohibited.

Flotation Devices
Outside flotation devices (example: tubes, rafts, etc.) are prohibited and not allowed to be brought into the waterpark. Tubes and rafts are provided for any rides or attractions that require tubes, rafts or riding devices. For those guests who would like to have their own tube for the day, rental tubes will be available for a nominal charge. Life jackets are provided free of charge.

Inclement Weather
During inclement weather (example: lightning, severe storms, etc.) attractions may be temporarily closed. Guests must exit the water and take cover until management deems it safe to re-open. If the park is closed for more than one hour or for the duration of the day, “rain checks” may be given.

Safety / Supervision
For your safety and convenience Castaway Cove provides trained management and aquatic/lifeguard staff during all operating hours.

Tobacco Products & Adult Beverages
Smoking is not allowed in the waterpark except at the Tropical Bar designated smoking area. All beverages, including alcoholic beverages are prohibited the waterpark grounds or from being brought into the waterpark. However, guests may purchase alcoholic beverages at the Tropical Bar. Proper ID must be shown at time of purchase.
