CASTAWAY COVE COMPLETES MOST SUCCESSFULL SEASON IN 2006

WICIHTA FALLS, TEXAS - Castaway Cove Waterpark, Texoma’s Greatest Family Waterpark Adventure has completed it’s third successful season with record attendance. Castaway Cove will be re-opening in mid May, 2007. The park is planning to start selling Season Passes in mid October 2006.

Castaway Cove had a very successful season. According to Tom Major, Castaway Coves General Manager, “Castaway Cove had an excellent season. Attendance increased 17% over 2005”. Major attributes the record breaking attendance to a “New marketing, pricing plan that offered limited use season pass for as low as $49.95 in addition to a unlimited season pass”. This combined with the roll out of a marketing/media plan implemented by the parks new management company AMG, and for the most part, ideal waterpark weather; HOT and SUNNY!!

In late March, 2006, the investors of Castaway Cove WaterPark appointed Amusement Aquatic Management Inc., (AMG), a California based water and amusement park operating and management company to serve as Castaway Cove’s operating management company.

According to Dave Simon, AMG’s Vice President, “AMG was very excited about teaming up with Castaway investment group to help guide Castaway to a greater attendance number while continuing to deliver fantastic experiences and family – friendly memories in 2006 and beyond! We were able to deliver the attendance increase and provide a fantastic experience for the families in the Texoma area. We are now in the planning stages for next year and are confident we can continue to increase attendance in 2007. ”

Castaway Cove is Texomas greatest waterpark adventure.
