With Texoma’s summer heating up Castaway Cove is introducing Nightwater featuring new extended hours, half price admission after 4:00 PM, and a concert series.

Castaway Cove’s new Nightwater summer event schedule is every Monday through Friday from July 28 until August 20. The waterpark will stay open until 8:00 PM daily with park general admission reduced to half price after 4:00 PM weekdays. Each week will be capped off with a special Friday night concert.

Guests will now have longer hours to enjoy the park after 4:00 PM for only a $10.99 admission plus a concert on Friday nights at no extra charge.

“With the summer’s heat upon Texoma, we knew that something new needed to be offered to help residents cool off from the heat at a very affordable price” said Ed Michel, Castaway Cove’s spokesperson. “That’s how we approached this new event for the community – create a longer day at a lower price for working daytime residents and others to enjoy our half million gallons of cool liquid refreshing water fun at a time of the day when the heat cools down. We just couldn’t pass up this opportunity” Michel continued.

Castaway Cove features ten major attractions including Cliffhanger, a free fall thrilling ride attraction that will launch you down a 40 foot tower and shoots you back up, a 40 foot speed slide, a head-first matt slide, a 500,000 gallon wave pool, a two person tube slide from a 50 foot tower, a 1,000 foot long endless lazy river, a multi level interactive children’s area, and an activity pool featuring volleyball and basketball.

Castaway Cove Waterpark is open daily through August 22 and then weekends through September 6.
